hey i know how to update the firmware and everything but im having some problems it says

Failed to load boot loader

im doing everything the same as in the video demo so whats happening help me out pls. and thanks

Attempting connection to COM3 EZ-B reports EZ-B Firmware V8.5 Connected Usending ping Usending ping Usending bootloader Failed to load bootloader! Have you selected the correct EZ-B COM port? Use the Help menu option to view the online help and watch a video demonstration.

You are attempting to connect to your modem and not the ez-b. use the ez-b port that you wrote down, or remove the Bluetooth device and readd:)

lol well ive tried what youve suggested and its asking for a pair number when i to updating my firmware

Press the menu option "Tutorials" from the top of this website. You will find videos for each step of using your EZ-Robot Complete Kit:) There are nearly 200 videos in the EZ-Robot series that helps you through everything.

Also, when you load the ARC Software - there is a Tutorial Animation that instructs you to follow. When using the Firmware, there is a HELP option that brings you to the Tutorial Section.:)
