Unable To Turn Left And Right (Roli) And Use EZ Say Using ARC Mobile

Hello,

As mentioned on the title, I am unable to turn the Roli left and right using the mobile application, yet I am able to do so using the system version. May I know why?

Also, I am unable to use the Say EZB block on the mobile function to enable the robots (JD, Siz, Roli) to say something. May I know the reason why?

i gess you mean by system pc ?on the mobile interface is an update button.but am gessing you have a bad download on you mobile, cause the command are not there.you can try delete it and redownload it.
