Hello, Can the EX-B directly drive a Parallax EMIC speech board?

You sure can... I have an EMIC in my K-9 .. It is connected to Port D0 . I use the serial command to send commands. I "think" it is 19200, you'll have to double check
Can I say "hi robot" and he replies "hi" after using speech recognition to know I said "hi"? I know you can say "look left" and he does action....
Also can he recognize my Voice compared to a friend? So he can say "hi TJ" or "hi bob" or can it say "hi" back then ask "what is your name?" Then remember it associating my voice with my name?
I guess I'm asking can/will you add artificial intelligence please!?!?
It can not determine the difference between your voice and someone elses
You can add as many phrases to the list as possible. You just keep adding your own phrases that you'd like the robot to recognize. Each phrase has an assigned script. The script can be unique to each phrase.
