I have Screenflow for the Mac, but looking at something for the PC. Leaning towards CamStudio. Your very good at the screen casting by the way.

CamStudio is free and works but it's not the greatest thing in the world. It's what I use but it's purely because I'm too cheap to buy something.

Faststone capture is what I use. Quality material!
