That's a good idea... you can print out a copy of your order there.... Not sure it is even necessary to have a receipt.... You would never have any problems with ez robot standing behind their products....
Unless of course you run a business and need it for tax purposes....
Glen bought the robot in the office, he did receive the receipt - it's in his junk mail folder most likely
