Play the video in YouTube, pause it, click the little icon in the picture below, and copy the link (on a PC it should be highlighted in blue).

Edit your forum post and delete the video. Then click on the "Add YouTube link" and paste the video link you copied and click "Add". That should hopefully get your video back up and working. Great video by the way.
