To whom it may concern I would like to know if I sketch out my design of my own robots head how can I get it to print?

If you design it in 3D software like TinkerCad which is free to use online you could print it your self with your own 3D printer if you own one or download the file you create and get a quote from places like ShapeWays to have it printed.
