I've noticed it freezes up from time to time. I guess it's stopped uploading the image to the server for some reason (could be a number of things). I'm sure they will sort it out once they are aware of it.
I have a similar problem with one of my IP cams, I now have it set to auto reboot every 6 hours which avoids it locking up/losing connection/whatever.
