Yes, you can drive three 20mA LEDs from an output pin on the EZ-B IoTiny. However, please note that the maximum current output for each digital I/O pin is 20mA. Therefore, you will need to use a resistor to limit the current to each LED. You can use an online LED resistor calculator to determine the appropriate resistor value for your specific LEDs and power supply.
