i recently grabbed my ez robot that i ordered last year, and i downloaded the ARC software. Now i cant connect to my ezb because it says that i need to upgrade my ez's Os, but i dont know how

Have you clicked "YES" to view the tutorial on how to upgrade the EZ-Robot OS? That should help you get it updated.
Thank you Nomad18.08 i did not see there was a ez firmware update software. I Clicked it and its updating thank you guys so much for taking the time to help
