dear everybody!
I made a mistake that firmware version up on windows 7 on VMWare on ?imac
but first time is ok ,but to analysis the speech recognition ploblem,
i connect windows xp (not on VMWare) at that time firmware version is 16,
but windows xp did not suport speech recogunition . so i again try
firmware version up on windows 7 on VMWare version is 15.2 ( why lower the
windows xp ??) this time trouble was happen that the folowing massage
then could not firmware version up
do you have any recovery plan ???

Check for flashing led's. Pulsing led's. Adding Bluetooth. Etc.
VMWare has trouble sometimes with bluetooth emulation, plus a load of other speed issues, etc.. The only assistance EZ-Robot can give you is use Windows natively on your Mac.
Thank you your advise ,after change the com port several time , Finally i connect com port and firmware version up could sucessfully exceute. so last problem is only " speech recognition only". but this problem will be solve to buy a pc and install English os windows 7 i hope. Is this the last answer to solve the speech recognition problem? do you agree my idea ?
dear DJ I would like to give you a new information about my speech recognition trouble. On ARC I use DEBUG window open, then check a speech recognition, when i speak registreted word" hello" some time Debug window show the word that i speak and one time speech recognitio windows show the the command that i write . Is that a some posobolity ARC use japanease voice recognition engine ? and no need to change the os from japnease to eiglish ? i cpoy the Debug windows and speech recognitio windows message

Hello, sorry for the late reply. The language should not need to be changed to English if it detected "Hello". However, you will need to train your computer. There are instructions to train your computer for speech recognition. Press the ? button on the Speech Recognition Control for assistance :)
ARC uses the Windows Speech Recognition - built into windows :D

Recently i bought a new pc (windows7, RAM =4GB, HD=650GB, AMD E1 VISION 1,4GHZ) and i install ARC then connect a ext mic and head phone. In DEBUG Windows show my voice janease " ??????" and i change the speech recgnition
phase =?????? and command =Say("hello , robot ").
Even thought DEBUG Windows show my voice janease " ??????" but this phase did not reply connand , so nothing changed , pc did not speak, last time another pc did the speech recgunition, but way ? This time did not sucess the speach recunition, folowing was the actural log of debug mode .
i do not know the reason why ?
Could anyone help my trouble ?
