Jd Head Pinned Forward

How do I get the head straight again once I connect JD to the software? I tried configuring the servos but they won't move.

Thanks! User-inserted image

Does this happen when you connect your project to ARC?

When you turn off your robot, can you move the head back freely or is it still stuck?

Appears the robot is assembled incorrectly. Visit the learn section of this website to find detailed instructions to build your robot.

It is important to not skip the build tutorials, as that's a significant part of the ezrobot experience, even though you had answered that tutorial section had been viewed.

If you are certain the robot is assembled correctly and the head still moves forward, consider viewing the respective Calibration step in the tutorial. Here's the direct link: https://synthiam.com/Tutorials/Lesson/30?courseId=1

Also, please update your ARC software. Your ARC software is from march, which is very outdated. The software prompts when an update is available. By not updating, you miss new features and may not be able to participate in the robot program lessons.

Thanks so much for the feedback.

I followed the set up instructions for the robot and it was working properly for a few weeks.

I have updated the app. I did tighten a screw and now it seems to work fine. I will have the kids try.

Thank you for the suggestions.
