We're in the middle of a manufacturing run of new product - it usually only takes a few weeks. I believe we will be able to begin the inverted pendulum middle of June.

As of the 4-in-1 sensor, that starts shipping I believe in 2 weeks. It's being manufactured right now.

The new robots are shipping soon as inventory is replenished.

Cool DJ,

I haven't found a demonstration video of yours of a balance bot with the inverted pendulum chip. I take it you don't have a prototype of that one yet? I did find the video of your 3 DOF IMU.

Thanks,

Bill

That may not work without providing some space between the wheels and the top. The inverted pendulum benefits from being top heavy. Due to some prior travel commitments and meetings out of the country, I have been delayed on reviewing the most recent pendulum PCB. I fly back to Calgary later this week and the inverted pendulum is on my list to do.

The code has been done for a long time. Now it's testing on the new PCB and new microcontroller which we will be using for it.

so the robot has to be much taller.

I would say 2 times taller - however, experimenting once you receive the pendulum would be fun. That's the joy of it:D
