I have gone through the diagnostics. Every thing is good there. I do not have any Bluetooth program to delete. In my device manager under bluetooth radios I have generic Bluetooth radio and Microsoft Bluetooth enumerator. I hope some one can help.
Easy way to eliminate some of the basic things...
I assume you have made sure the red light on the bluetooth module is flashing? Fresh batteries with enough voltage?
Take in mind your Bluetooth on ezb must be discoverable. To make the Bluetooth discoverable remove power from ezb then reapply after a couple seconds. This will restart the discovery period. This window last 60 seconds. You may now search for available devices to connect with. The EZB will be named linvor when you first connect. This is normal. It will rename itself after the first software update.
Is it a laptop or desktop? My desktop had issues with the bluetooth dongle that came with my ez complete and I had to get a different one.
Thanks that worked like a charm.
Great! I'm glad that got you connected. Now just connect and update your ezb firmware and be sure you have Microsoft Framework 4.5. Have fun!
You don't need .net 4.5 for ARC to work, DJ fixed the issue
.net 4.0 or 4.5 will work just fine.
Oh OK. Thanks for the update Rich
