Humanoid Shoulder

I re-callibrated the shoulder on the Humanoid. I connect the robot and it is in the correct "ready" position. I have it perform one of the preprogrammed commands (ex sit) and the right shoulder will not demonstrate full range. When the robot finished its command, the right shoulder in no longer in the "ready" position. The arm sticks out. The clip is turned 45 degrees. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thanks!

Is it stripped? Meaning can it rotate when the servo is locked into position?

No. The gear is still intact. And I made sure the screws were secure and not too tight. I am having this problem with two robots.

However, when the robot is off and I slowly move the arm at the shoulder, it is very tight. The working shoulder moves more easily.

If the gear isn’t stripped, then the servo is not functioning correctly and needs to be replaced. Contact Us to see if your purchase dates qualifies for warranty, otherwise they will also present affordable replacement options
