This can easily be done with an EZ Robot. The best part is you can use a laptop and watch it by using your DSLR as a webcam on your ez robot.
Network Change
— Execute scripts on WiFi/network connect or disconnect; monitor adapter, store status in a variable and trigger custom scripts for headless SBC robots.

I guess you could do that with the EZ-B... It's not really robot related, at all - but kudos to a creative use
It would sure be a lot easier with the EZ-B! Everything with Arduino is painful.
