Hi Errors In Installation

i used to have a ARC installed...but now I need to reinstall on a new machine with Windows 7.

Just downloaded the latest MSI for ARC, and after installation got this error:

and the indicated could be from here:

really not sure....can someone please help? without the MSI install...it is a show stopper for me to use the ezrobot.

All I can say is make sure you have the latest frameworks.

Make sure you are an administrator of the computer. Sometimes windows gets confused and needs a kick in the butt - uninstall any old copies of ARC from the Control Panel and Reboot the computer.
