Hey Guys my name is Mark.I am a new user on this forum.Can any one tell me that what are four hardware components controlled by the operating system?
Control by which operating system? ARC?

What do you mean by the OS? Windows or ARC? What do you mean by components? Windows hardware (graphics cards, sound cards, cameras etc) or EZ-B sensors, servos etc?
operating system are windows 7, vista, linux, MAC OS.
I think the question is what are the four hardwares control by the ARC platforms? If so EZ-B is pretty much the Brain of your robots, it can control everything from the wheelbase to scripting for autonomous behaviours.
