Hello!
I am new to this so I apologize ahead of time. I just recently bought a Galapagos robot, I followed the directions and have everything set up, however only one leg responds to the commands.
Any help would be appreciated! confused
Hi! Welcome to the forum
Did you load the correct project file from the EZ-Cloud AppStore for the robot? According to your diagnostic log, it appears that you have been loading the JD project, which is a different robot. Here is a direct link for the correct project. Get and Save the file onto your hard drive: https://synthiam.com/Community/EZCloud/RobotApps.aspx?c=-1&a=-1&sc=1&sr=1&k=galapagos .
Check to ensure you have connected the wires with the colors matching the correct plugs, just like the speakers of your home theater. Here is a video to demonstrate. Black matches black and white matches white.
Check that the servo ports in the 3d software instructions match the same ports that you connected the servos wires to. Here are the web instructions for quick reference: https://synthiam.com/Tutorials/BuildInstructions.aspx?id=2202
Can you be more specific with "responds to commands". Are you referring to Actions in the Auto Position?
PS, make sure that battery was charged before using!
Thanks so much! I had to wires connected wrong!
Enjoy your robot
