Frozen Shoulder Servo - What Servo Do I Need

Complete newbie here. I have a JD Humanoid and one of the shoulder servos is not responding. I have tried plugging it into another port with no luck and plugged the other shoulder in to check it was the servo and not the port. I took the body apart and can remove the servo in question but what servo do I need to replace it? Rotation? Lever? it is marked HD rather than HDD. I didn't want to buy a whole new body and would rather just replace the servo. The user guide does not seem to give an answer on it Any help gratefully received

You need this: HDD Servo

There’s no user guide to replace that servo, as its not a supported activity. However, it’s not difficult if you keep an eye on the wire layout as you take the body apart.

Be careful of the lipo battery to not short the wires.

As for identifying what parts are in a component, view the appropriate product page and select CONTENTS AND DIMENSIONS tab. There are links to every component included in a product, such as the Humanoid Body (includes battery). You will notice 2 x HDD Servo

Have fun:)
