No issues prior to upgrade, after upgrade will not connect to board. Anyone else having this issue?

It's working fine for me.
Add the debug control and post what it reports when it fails to connect, that generally gives an idea in to what the problem is.
Reboot your computer. Sometimes windows does strange things.
I had rebooted, figuring it might be a registry issue. The debug kept showing timing out. I did a complete uninstall/reboot/re-install twice with continued failures. Third time it worked....
Oddly enough it works on the Linux box via WINE with no issues. Apparently this is a local issue - I will post anything here if I find it.
