since the v3 camera uses a USB wireless connection, yes. just select it in ARC when its plugged into the PC.

Just be aware that the V3 camera range will likely be lower than the V4's WiFi range. Also that the V4 has pass through voltage so if powering the camera from the EZ-B V4 you would require a 3.3v or 5v regulator (I believe the camera will work for either voltage).
