I'm trying out EZ-Build speech recognition before ordering the EZ-Robot Complete Kit. When I select the Speech Recognition Control it comes up saying either my mike isn't working or my operating system isn't supported. I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit with Service Pack 1. I am doing successful speech recognition in the Windows mode. (I can verbally call up Wordpad, speak words, and they print out on the screen.)
Does an EZ-B control board have to be connected for this (and other controls) to be tested? I had assumed that I could play with the software before buying in order to have confidence that I could accomplish a voice-controlled robot (with color tracking).
Help!
Can you load the DEBUG window and Copy and Paste the message ?
My bad! I should have exited and rerun EZ-Build, something I usually do when troubleshooting. Did that this time and everything works fine now. Sorry to have troubled you.
Glad to hear it worked out
