The error reads "Not connected" - so your software isn't connected to anything. What hardware are you using to control the servos? Also, just to let you know that the latest dynamixel plugin only works with ARC. So you'll need to update to ARC from ARC

i have had similar problems. i use win7 and WILL NOT downgrade to win10 spyware garbage! i found that using an older plugin version worked fine. so what ever version that was out 6 months ago is too new and didn't work need an older one then that!  and now we are getting this new ARC thing, i hope it will work on win7.  also maybe mr DJ Sures can make an archive of older plugins and there versions......

@robot junky Lots of people who still use Win XP that refused to move to Windows 7 for strange reasons. Lots of people that refused to own a car, preferring their horse back in the day.... My dad refused to use a computer because he thought he might be online hacked/robbed. He had no problem using credit/debit card machines at the grocery store, though... New things scare people especially old timers and conspiracy theory nuts.... Are you a flat earther by any chance?

Get yourself a cheap laptop with windows 10 and put nothing else on it except programs you need for robotics, like ARC  nothing on there to spy on.  I do this and the laptop also is used for my3D printer, and my CNC router, and my Laser cutter.  and turn off windows upgrades.  I got an acer laptop 4 core processor, a very small solidstate hard drive with windows 10 for 250.00 canadian on amazon with prime shipping.
