OK, so I added a modified servo control panel to Junk-Bot and when I click on the forward or backward keys the bot moves as expected, however, the right and left keys have the opposite outcome to what I would expect. Right arrow makes the bot turn to it's left. I'm sure this is a simple, easy fix, but I didn't want to monkey around and guess at fixing it.

Either swap the plugs or change the values for the directions in the config window
Remember, they're not reversed - it's up to the configuration and placement of the servos .. The software is made so you can configure the direction.
I must have my servos mounted "upside down" to normal. I had to flip ports and flip the forward and reverse values (1 & 100) for each servo to get all 4 directions working as expected.

That's okay Tachyon. Like i said, there really is no "right way". The configuration options give you the ability to custom configure. You figured it out, so that's a million points for you
