Cannot Control Jd Humanoid

I am not able to control JD from my PC or mobile (Samsung s6). After I followed all assembly instructions I was initially able to get JD to wave and think and play music, but now there is no response from JD.

How do I trouble shoot this problem?

#1

Are you able to connect to his wifi from the pc or android?

#2

We need more info...

  1. Is the battery charged?
  2. Does JD turn on ... make the musical boot up chime
  3. Can you connect to him via your PC or Android?
#3

Yes I have wifi connection, battery is charged, JD turns on.

#5

It shows "connected", but JD does not respond to commands.

#6

Are you using any scripts or just the standard JD sample? Under options, there is a debug button. Click that and a window should slide up from the bottom of ARC. Click the copy button and paste the results into this forum.

Using JD sample: Below is debug results.

It looks to me like it failed the connection a couple of times before connecting. I would use the Contact Us link and request support directly from EZ-Robot at this point. If this is the end of the log, it does show that a connection has been established.

Another thing to try is to redownload the sample project just in case the project has become corrupted.

I tried redownload with same results. Will go to EX-Robot for direct help as you suggested. Thanks much for your help. I was not aware of debug option 'til you told me.
