Hello,
It's only to know if the voice recognition is only with english words or if it's possible in french and other languages ?

It is based on the voice capabilities of Windows 7, so if you have the French version of Win7, or have set your locale to France and downloaded anything required for that, it should work fine.
You set up the words to listen for in scripting, so there are no built in english language words it relies on.
