12Vdc Motor Controller Suggestions?

Hello!

Long story short(trust me the long version would put most people to sleep) I just got my EZ-Robot kit in this afternoon and after playing around with the different options/hardware(I feel like a kid with a new toy!) I am having a problem. I am trying to control a custom built robot I have which uses two 12vdc motors, 5amp each max draw. I have a few different motor controllers: 1)Sabertooth 2x5 and 2x10 R/C controller(doesn't seem to play well with the EZ-Robot controller) and these do not have the serial interface option 2) Roboclaw 2x5 and 2x10 motor controllers, tried using these in both r/c mode and serial mode, these also don't seem to work with EZ-Robot

Polu Dual VNH2SP30 motor driver - http://www.pololu.com/catalog/product/708 . This one I have not even opened up yet and wanted to know if this one would work with EZ-Robot? It looks like I should be able to use the 4 wire HBridge Movement?

Moments like this I miss servo driven wheels, much easier to setup.....

I would appreciate any ideas!

Just an update,

I managed to get the VNH2SP30 motor driver working with the EZ-Robot controller and the HBridge 4-wire Movement Panel, it works very well. The only thing was I had to also connect PWM for each motor channel in addition to ina/inb, in this case to +5vdc on the EZ controller.
