Exosphere In Continuous Loop

Exosphere is in a continuous loop that remains despite reloading ARC

Hi DJ, thank you for your swift response. Exosphere  generates a Blue flag in the right top corner of the Synthiam home page requesting to take part in one or more of the tests. When entering the test page and entering a test it instantly goes to the result screen. On returning to Syn. home page the flags keep auto generating.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing ARC with no effect however rebooting my router has cured the problem. Should anyone else confront this problem then this appears to be the fix.

Kind Regards Phil

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with Exosphere. It's important to note that Exosphere is a separate application from ARC and they function independently. If Exosphere is in a continuous loop, it might be due to a network issue or a problem with the application itself.

Here are a few steps you can try:

  1. Restart your computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix many issues.
  2. Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
  3. Reinstall Exosphere: If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling Exosphere.

If none of these steps work, please reach out to the Synthiam support team directly through the support section on the Synthiam website. They will be able to assist you further.

Cool avatar btw

i think you’ll need to provide more I do about what’s happening. What do you mean it’s a continuous loop? Can you provide a project example? Or explain a bit about the configuration.

there may be a ControlCommand being called to start an exosphere task in a loop?
