Fix for Blockly/Scripting prompt on some multi-core cpu's
Camera control detects (sort of) the compatible resolutions usb devices support. On some of the usb cameras we tested, one camera returned all resolutions, even ones that didn't work. Apparently there are some cameras that return all resolutions, supported or not.... but that seems rare in our tests. Other non-usb devices, such as the EZ-B v4 cameras will post their resolution (See images below)
