Change Release Notes
Plugins now look for DLL files in the respective root folder before checking the ARC or assembly. Before, the plugin would look in the assembly and ARC folder first. This would create issues if your plugin used a different version of the same library (i.e. Newtonsoft Json v4.0.5 vs v7.0.0)
If you don't know what this means, don't worry about it. It makes it easier for people creating plugins which may use libraries of different versions that are already included within the ARC assembly.
