Added option in connection config for DTREnable and RTSEnable because Arduino Leonardo USB Serial requires it for some unknown reason that's not documented anywhere and therefore uses up valuable time of peoples lives. This needs to be checked when using LattePanda with DJ's Arduino Leonardo firmware
Do not alert user for board missing compatiblity if the board is empty because there hasn't been a connection yet
