Improved Web Call Timeout

• Robot skills now ignore errors when closing or disposing, preventing unexpected interruptions.
• Captured exceptions when pressing Config or Help in robot skill UI Base, ensuring smoother operation for skills that do not handle these actions themselves.
• The update window will no longer appear if the current version is newer than what is available, preventing unnecessary prompts.

Connection Verification Fix

• The connection state was previously returning true too early, causing some robot skills to attempt data transmission before the connection was fully established. This has been resolved to ensure that the connection is only marked as verified when fully completed.
