I ordered my ez-b kit and it was shipped last Monday I had it shipped by expidited business class and was wondering after Canada post who does it go to next in th us going to Utah

Do you mean who ships it? If its anything like Australia then once through customs the standard mailing company for that country takes over, which in your case would be United States Postal Service.
Sometimes when you pay for more expensive tracked fast shipping they work with companies like FedEx to make sure it arrives quickly.
It will be shipped through the USPS once Canada Post gives it to them. They seem to take their time. Also, the package tracking doesn't work (it didn't for me)
