Ive used clip on board holders for all my arduino's and raspberry pi and its always worked great for me so i designed one to hold the ezb v3 board. I will post it to thingieverse because its a good way to advertize for ezrobot. The clip can be screwed, glued or zip tied to whatever your mounting to then the ez board is clipped into dimples on the clip... It works great and the board can be removed easily. The one i printed is an ugly color but it fit nicely. Its based on a design called X clip which was designed for arduino uno and i modified one to fit the mega boards i was using on 3d printers. so check those out as well if you can use them.
