There's a few people on the forum who have hacked a Wall-e, but you would need to get yourself a Wall-e robot if you can find one, possibly from eBay or somewhere, and the EZ-Robot development kit which contains all you need to get you going. Here is a video of DJ Sures with the Wall-e he customised using EZ Robot parts which should help guide you in the right direction.:)

There are many threads on this forum that discuss, in part, how to make one. Here is the latest thread that talks about it and my be of some help to you as well.

EDIT: I have also found and supplied a link to an Instructable for you that DJ Sures made when he built his Wall-e. It has lots of pictures and instructions on what you will need, and how to build your own. :D
