Upgrading Firmware Question

Hi I am new at this and need help from anyone with experience. I would appreciate some guidance. Below is the screen I get every time I try to upgrade the firmware.
I get connected and this is as far as it goes. I disconnect the EZ-B after a more than 15 minutes and start over only to get the same result. The progress bar fills to the end and then everything stops.

Please help. Casperbot

Look as if you are not using the Microsoft Bluetooth stack. Uninstall the Bluetooth that came with your computer. Third party Bluetooth programs rarely work. The tutorial page will help you :)

Thanks. I had a good look at what bluetooth stack I was using. I discovered that a "Toshiba Microsoft bluetooth stack", as Toshiba described it, was not a Microsoft native stack. At least the one on my lap top is not. I downloaded a Microsoft stack and everything went smooth with the firmware upgrade. I apologize for not digging deeper before calling for help.
