Two 7.4 Volt 360 Servo Step Up To 48 Volt 1000 Watt Motors

Looking for recommendations on commercial fabrication of h-bridge for above. Burned up one electrical engineer (not literally) who tried to hook up ezb4 with 48v motor. Looking for someone who is honorable and wants a good day's work for a good days pay. Telemetry 100% complete, body 90% complete, mechanics 90% complete. Perferr performance contract will consider time and materials. Someone familiar with this system preferred? https://youtu.be/fd3vKTlt0FY

Warmly, Greg [email protected]

You didn't mentioned the motor specs.

I'll guess you have Brushed motor max 48V and 1000W power.

cheap PWM controller: https://www.ebay.com/itm/6V-90V-15A-PWM-DC-Motor-Speed-Control-PWM-Controller-12V-24V-48V-64V-72V-1000W/173177078863

The maximum output power: 1000 W Max continuous output current: 15A For 48V x 15W = 720 W

you will need 1 controller and DPDT Relay and some fly back diodes to protect the controller.

The relay controls the direction. https://www.electroschematics.com/9601/dpdt-switch-relay/

If it works for one motor you can replicate the solution for each motor.

I'm sorry for the lack of detail. I believe the controller which you site has a manual speed control, I am attempting to operate this 13 foot robot from a remote network so there will be no one there to turn the rheostat. Truly, Greg
