Trouble Using Bing Speech Recognition

You're right @EZAng something is up with Bing Speech recognition. If @DJ Sures doesn't see this I'll send him a message by the end of the day.

When I shut ARC it says:

Now it just freezes when click save, or new , it freezes

Since I down loaded the 3 updates, my ARC program, after open a program, it says, "not responding", then freezes

when I click save, then new it freezes

Try uninstalling the old ARC installation using the Windows install program. Make sure you have a copy of your projects. Turn off and then turn on your computer. Then redownload the latest version of ARC and reinstall.

I deleted Arc, then downloaded it again -  same thing happens

it just freezes when I click save, or new
