I thought this was cool and potential I may make one of these , it doesn't just spread a poison it actually collects the fleas and ticks on a cloth dragged behind it. It's only lure is CO2 , CO2 tanks and fittings are available at many hobby shops because of RC aircraft and paint ball and very cheap as well, https://www.gizmag.com/tick-rover-robot/28410/
This is a RC car body but the Dagu Rover 5 could be an excellent outdoor candidate for this environmentally friendly option to keep your kids and pets flea and tick free. This is a simple enough project with s outdoor platform , H bridge and EZ Robot kit I believe any of our members could do it.
