My first project with the EZ-Robot involves using the Developer Kit to create something that will be controlled through Brain Computing Interface with an Emotive Epoc headset. Possible? Any awesome BCI + EZ-Robot ideas?
Not many people are going to jump on this topic due to the EEG brain reader scam. They don't actually work. We even have one and all they do is measure the conductivity of your skin and/or use a "sensor" that pretty much picks up static charges in the air.
Even the viral videos of drones controlled by brains and stuff are only real in the sense that they look real. I'm certain their intent was good, but the results are unpredictable. If you film enough video of something happening, it will eventually look like it's supposed to happen.
If EEG readers could understand the brain or if we could control their signals, the world would already be a much better place for the physically disabled.
Oh great. Thanks for your info. But I'm looking at the possibility of triggering even basic robotic actions with the brain reader. Can that be achieved?
