Remember, it is not a dagu base it is EZ Robot's own design. My guess is you just notch down the treads like you would on a dagu base?

Ya I figured it out, I was having turning problems on carpet with the wheels spinning in the track maybe tighter tracks will help.

If you can remove the existing wheels and treads you could measure the output shaft to see if it is 4mm... The problem might be is that I believe Roli has a two wheeled drive train so he needs the tank treads to drive the second set of wheels...

Since the answer wasn't provided, recording here for future reference. Loosen the screw between the wheels until the little plastic plate can lift up off the teeth on the wheel motors.

Pull the wheel away from the center of Rili, then turn to either lower or raise the wheel then push back towards the center. Do the same with the opposing wheel until the angle matches the first. Tighten the screw to push the plate back down. Repeat for the other pair if needed.

I was having the same issue turning on carpet and found that one notch on front and back made the tread tight enough to turn on carpet without slipping.
