I am unable to reproduce your experience. Is there any additional information you can provide to help diagnose the issue? Do you have custom voices installed? What is the error message? Etc..

i visited the thread there was about the speech settings read it and begun my project over and i now have not have had the problem again but i had some voices that weren't standerd on windows 8 i reinstalled that too but i sometimes get speech synthesis error but far less than before. i now have no additional voices installed by the way soo that might have caused the problems, as discussed in the thread they didn't seem to have this problem with additional voices.

i haven't put back all the controls i had in previous project so i am searching that out i might want to speech recognizer back in the project.

but since i have started the new project the problem seemed to have gone.
