I'm trying to place an order. After logging in, and at checkout, it won't allow typing in a new "ship to" name.
How to type in a new "ship to" name or edit the account and change the original account name?
The shipping and billing information must match with absolutely no exceptions for credit card security. The information that you entered when creating the account (full name) is used for both shipping and billing. If you did not enter your correct full name when creating the account, then Contact Us to have the full name for your account corrected.
If you wish to use different billing name information, use the PayPal checkout option.
