Yep, these HDD servos are the business! Replaced some of the Servos on my InMoov with HDD and there great, NO buzzing at all, and can handle the huge forces of lifting the InMoov Shoulder, arm and hand without any problems.

Patrick, That is the most functional J.D. type robot I have seen with hips. The small cube worked out great on the arms. Love the interaction, "My master is the fabulous Patrick". yes am very happy whit hdd and hips.when you power up the jader, he hardly move,very quit and good callibration. now he needs some fancy moves hehe. :D

I have a very powerful laptop running windows10 and Linux Ubuntu 16.04.

Im at a point where im having second thoughts because im such a dumbass...but a skype session would be something i could really do with sometime for sure thanks so much. :)

I think its just my life atm, i can't focus or wrap my head around anything at the moment..little too much stress and being very hard on myself isn't helping. :P

@NEWAGETOMY... What nomad is doing is very basic... Anyone can learn how to do speech rec in about 15mins. All you have to do is put a little effort into it... Sample programs are a good place to start... I also suggest you start reading more in the Learn section and or tutorials... Youtube videos are great for learning electronics or just about anything... If you are going to do more than just play with off the self robots you should learn at least basic electronics and programming... If you are a complete noob in programming I suggest you start with Scratch or Blockly.... Once you understand logic flow ez scripting will come easily....

I need to learn a little more about electronics, a 4 wire cathode led has me confused right now, so if i can't figure something like that out by myself then everything else is going to be a hurdle. ;)

Hey is there any way to tell the difference by look between the HDD and the HD servo's?

There is a label. The HD say HD, the HDD say HDD ;)

If the label fell off, I don't think there is a visual way to tell, but just plug them in and have them lift something and the audio and strength difference will be obvious.

i did some reading for the 12c ports. i see adres 0XA0 what is the adres for the other two ? also what means the letters in the pic see below.sda and scl ? can i use excample left on a 12c port left,middle 12c mouth and right 12c eye

i wanted to use the rgb window.but thats only the eye, or can i take two rgb windows in one project. so the adres for 12c is 0XA0 0XA,1 0XA,2 is it possible to ad a word in the rgb whits is right or left, i keep forgetting that.

The RGB Eye control from ARC only works with the ez-robot rgb eyes. They will all be specific pieces of hardware requiring specific commands. What model number of the leds do you have
