Need Help Finding Correct Servos

I am hoping to build a robot similar to the robot in the photo below. I need to know what motors i should use to support a robot similar to it. I am hoping for it to be around 3 to 4 feet tall and be able to carry around 20 pounds. (preferably servos but other motors are fine too)
