Hi I owned the ezb-v3 board for a long time. I know its no longer supported but the other day I had to do a fresh install of my laptop and forgot the EZB-v3 software was on the partition to be wiped.... I was wondering if anyone has a download link to the old software? would be much appreciated. (i'm not currently looking to get the new version just yet)
EZB v3 board the one with bluetooth as a connection type.
Thanks a lot in advance.
You don't need an old version of ARC the ezb3 will still work with the current version of ARC....
Hi Richard, How do i connect it to the new software? I don't see a bluetooth connection option? Thanks a lot.
I have downloaded the new software and I have followed the instructions. I'v seen someone advised to update the firmware. When i try i am presented with only 2 com port options. Com 4 is a straight forward fail, and Com 5 thinks for abit before failing. I have tried these with and without prior the bluetooth pairing proccess. Am i missing something? Thanks a lot.
You may need to update your ezb3's firmware if you haven't used it in a while... In the same folder as ARC there should be an update utility for the ezb3
You need to bluetooth pair before doing anything. Pairing will give you 2 com ports for the EZ-B. The one to use is typically the higher numbered one. As Richard said, you then need to do the firmware update before ARC will be able to connect.
