I have tried all the debugging and trouble shooting videos and can not get the left shoulder to move at all. When the robot is off you can turn it but when I turn it on it is stuck in place. This is a new out the box robot. I even connected it to another servo port to see if I could get that to move. Is is possible that it is just broken? What should I try next.

Thanks, Ross

Try to test the servo on another connection. Pull the cable out and try it on another port. Make sure you control the right port.
