Ideal Mounting Height ? , Ultrasonic Sensor / Radar
I am thinking of mounting the radar inside the base facing out. That's 8 to 9 inches I'm guessing after the wheels are back on.
So is this ideal /optimal mounting height?
Plug the sensor in to your EZ-B and play around with it . That way you can get an idea of the area it covers. I mounted mine with the leads on the top but after testing I think it seems it would work better the other way around. It seems to make a difference when sweeping back and forth.
