I Am Getting A No Internet

I am getting a "no internet" message on ARC Mobile, despite following the procedure on The Robot Program 025. I am connected to the EZB-v4/2 in my Adventure Bot but when I try to get the Remote Control it doesn't happen. I do get internet on my phone through my WiFi network (I don't have a data plan on that phone). My PC has an Ethernet connection to internet through my router and cable modem. Any thoughts?

Edited 2/1/2019:

I now realize that the message simply means that the wireless connection to the EB-4v4/2 in the robot cannot support both the robot link and an internet connection at the same time. Since I have a separate (Ethernet) connection, I can ignore the message.

When I call up the ARC Mobile app on my phone and tap on My Apps (or Public Apps), "Searching network" comes up, and that mode can last a very long time (and sometimes until I lose patience and reload the app).  I sometimes get a message asking if I am connected to the internet, which I definitely am.

Also, when I'm connecting to the EZ-B server and have tapped on the server name in the listing of available connections and on Connect, I get "n/a/" instead of the server name. That state also dwells for a long time or forever, although repeatedly tapping on Connect seems to help bring up the server name.

Am I not doing something right?
